Intermeresting
That was quite a weekend/long weekend.

Friday night, after much bugging, Sarah convinced me to go see Jimmy Swift Band down at the Attic. Given that it was a bar, I wasn't overly enthused, but it was Jimmy Swift Band, so the pros outweighted the cons. It was emptyish when we got there, and we got drinks. The Mighty Mighty Bosstones started to play on the Bar Radio, which meant that it was one of the best bars ever. Jimmy Swift played, and it was le awesome. I lost hearing a bit, but it's come back.

Saturday I had to get a drive to Truro to play Last Post for a Memorial Service for a Sergent that died in Afghanistan in October. 120$ later. Loomis showed up in town that night, and went off to Maxwell's with Lenny and Shannon, while I wanted to go to sleep. Kelly came home drunk, and I told her that Loomis was by. Suddenly it was imperative that we go and see Loomis, so off we went to Maxwells. We ate, drank, and were merry.

Sunday was my lounge around day for me. Had a date that night, which went well, yet still not overly pleased with Mike.

Mike - So what are you doing tonight?
Nathan - Going on a date in a few minutes.
Mike - ... Woooooooow.

And then last night, the power went out, due to the satanically owned snow. Spur of the moment idea, I say we should drink in the dark. Everyone agrees, so me and Sarah head over to the liquor store to get some stuff. On the walk back, the power comes back on... yet all the lights were off at our place. Drinking in a power outtage seemed a good idea, so when the lights came on, they turned them back off again. We sat and drank and smoked by candelight, and had some funny funny moments. Who will ever know what I was saying with a cookie in my mouth...
